Kateri’s classes are a systematic blend of Hatha Yoga, focusing on proper alignment, and Vinyasa Yoga, focusing on the energetic flow, all while synchronizing breath and movements. Classes begin and end with calming the nervous system and releasing tension in the mind, body and soul.

How We Started
Yoga found Kateri, not the other way around. After going through the depths of depression and anxiety from experiencing devastating life traumas, she discovered the undeniable healing that comes from yoga, meditation, and self‑awareness.
